This content rich experience is more effective in driving prospective buyers to sir.com and engaging them once they arrive.
In 2021 sothebysrealty.com generated over 46 million visits, a 25% increase year over year and the most visits the website has had in its history. The site also generated over 57 million property details page views and 137 million over all pageviews, an increase of 37% year over year. The peak traffic months for 2021 were March, April and May averaging about 4.2 million visits per month. Property videos plays grew an amazing 201% year over year with over 38 million video plays in 2021 vs just under 13 million video plays in 2020.
